In the app
- Open VEGA and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Edit profile → Delete account.
- Type the confirmation word, enter the code we send to your phone, and tap Delete my account.
Without the app
Email info@vega-iq.com from any address and tell us the phone number of the account. We send a code to that number to confirm it is yours, and delete the account within 7 days.
Deleted straight away
Your sign-in, name, phone number, profile photo, saved addresses, notifications and support messages. Your phone number is freed — you can open a new account with it later.
Kept
Records of your past orders and payments, for 5 years, for our accounts; after that the names, addresses and contact details on them are removed too. Security logs that protect the service.
