VEGA connects you with vetted partner companies that carry parcels inside Iraq and abroad and drive rides between cities. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Your account
One account per phone number. The details you give us — names, phone numbers, addresses — must be correct.
Prices and payment
Every price is shown before you confirm, and an order is placed only with your approval. Payment is in cash: a local parcel when it is picked up or delivered, an international parcel before it is collected, a ride to the driver.
What we carry
We do not carry prohibited items (the list is in the app). International parcels must follow the rules of the countries they pass through, and we may refuse or return a parcel that breaks them.
Cancelling
You can cancel a ride in the app until it starts; once a car has been arranged a cancellation fee may apply, and the app shows it before you cancel. To cancel a parcel, contact us before it is delivered. If you have already paid, we refund you.
Our partners
Partner companies carry your parcels and rides; VEGA arranges, prices and follows each order and answers you if something goes wrong.
