How do I pay?
In cash, in Iraqi dinar. Nothing is charged in the app.
Where does VEGA deliver?
Between Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok, Baghdad, Basra and Mosul, and abroad to Turkey and Jordan.
How do I follow my parcel?
In the app, or with the tracking link: anyone with the code can follow it on vega-iq.com.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel a ride in the app until it starts; a fee may apply once a car has been arranged. To cancel a parcel, contact us before it is delivered.
What can't I send?
Prohibited items are listed in the app, and international parcels must follow the rules of the countries they pass through.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. Or see the delete account page.
